As an AI Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Wix's self-service experience. You'll lead the evolution of our Help Center, Help Widget, and AI Chatbot to create a seamless and consistent journey for users seeking help. In your day-to-day, you will:

These tools streamline the development process and reduce cognitive load, allowing Wix Engineers to concentrate on their domain, architecture, and business logic. To handle high-scale traffic (over 500B HTTP requests per day) and 500+ daily deployments, our team of 500 Backend Engineers runs production across 19 distributed data centers and cloud vendors worldwide.

As a Product Manager IPE, you'll own the full product lifecycle, working on internal tools like identity management, automation APIs, databases and AI bots. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions while championing a culture of self-service. In your day-to-day, you will:

Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, MVP, launch, and iteration for internal tools
