We are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to run specific products within our Payments offering (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, etc.) to (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring). This role will focus on building and managing traditional, fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the Product Strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy.
Own the product development and commercialization of Payments products
Own the P L of at least one Payments products
Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders, run Engineering grooming sessions and standups, as well as coordinate complex execution plans
Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and adhere to our operating model

As a Senior software engineer, youll design, develop, and deploy robust software systems across our platform. Youll have ownership of end-to-end projects, the autonomy to lead from idea to implementation, and the opportunity to work across product lines - from scalable APIs and secure infrastructure to Machine Learning.

Design, build, TEST, and deploy backend systems for high-scale financial applications

Responsibilities
Build and maintain modern, responsive Front-End applications using React and TypeScript
Translate complex design systems and wireframes into pixel-perfect user experiences
Work closely with Product and Design teams to define UI requirements and iterate on user flows
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve team practices
Contribute to scalable UI architecture and reusable component libraries

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Support and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring smooth deployments and reliable services.
Build automation and tools through Linux administration and scripting.
Manage MySQL databases, including backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Work with developers to support PHP applications in production.
Configure and optimize Varnish for caching and performance.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, escalating when needed.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to improve Developer productivity.
