Key Responsibilities
End-to-End CPQ Implementation
Lead the design and build of Salesforce CPQ implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Translate complex business pricing structures into automated CPQ configurations.

Own the technical setup of product catalogs, price rules, discount logic, approval processes, and quote templates.

Pricing Strategy & Business Modeling
Work with business stakeholders to understand pricing models: subscription, usage-based, tiered, volume, and hybrid models.

Support bundling strategies, SKU rationalization, and guided selling logic.

Build rules that reflect approval thresholds, partner discounts, and contract conditions.

Advanced CPQ Configuration
Implement:

Product, Price, Constraint, and Lookup Rules

Dynamic bundles, guided selling flows, configuration attributes

Custom quote templates, document generation, and approval automation

Ensure modular, scalable, and well-documented configuration that aligns with long-term growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the subject matter expert for CPQ across departments.

Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance and Information Systems to align CPQ systems with the companys go-to-market strategy.

Provide enablement materials and training for end-users and administrators.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Drive project delivery: scope, timeline, risk management, and deployment.

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain a service-oriented mindset that supports adoption and business satisfaction.

Proactively acts as the voice of the customer/partner and internal communities leveraging relevant insights from feedback tools and systems. Proactively identifies and/or translates customer/partner problems into industry solutions. Leads, mentors, and may assemble virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape. Proactively identifies and anticipates gaps that enable solutions to scale across customers.
