We are looking for Production Engineer, Production Engineers are software engineers with a passion for exploring new technologies, building utilities and APIs to help us move faster while preserving high standards.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the R&D team means your daily responsibilities may include:

Creating frameworks and tools that will be used by 300+ engineers and have a direct impact on how SimilarWeb delivers software and data.
Design, build and manage highly available, scalable and robust services.
Manage thousands of servers and containers by automating infrastructure changes and deployments.
Developing and maintaining our logging, monitoring and alerting stacks.
Troubleshooting and mitigating production incidents as part of an on-call rotation alongside engineers from within all other R&D groups (and make sure we don't get the same alert twice)

Our Tel-Aviv team develops machine-learning models that serve billions of buyers daily. To do so, we develop state-of-the-art recommendation and ranking systems. We work closely with domain experts to design features and embedding spaces best fitted for eCommerce. Finally, we use Meta's cutting-edge generative models to personalize the experience for our buyers.
Our team also builds AI capabilities to enhance Metas product catalogs to improve ads performance. Catalog-powered ads account for a significant portion of Metas revenue, with unlocking deep semantic understanding of our products being a key strategic lever for revenue growth.

Software Engineer, Machine Learning Responsibilities
Leading projects or small teams of people to help them unblock, advocating for ML excellence
Adapt standard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallel environments (e.g. distributed clusters, multicore SMP, and GPU)
Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules based models
Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmaps

Were looking for a DATA -BACKEND (DATA EXTRACTION) to take an important part in SimilarWebs data extraction team and play a key role in our growing data acquisition operation.

This role will report to the Team manager- R&D.

You will be responsible for:

Scraping - Building and maintaining high scale web-scraping operations.
Processing - Creating complex data pipelines that process and enrich our raw data and serve it to different consumers through various databases and data-lakes.
Engineering - Designing and building large scale, high quality systems to support our data infrastructure and production systems
As a Data-Server Engineer in Data Extraction, you will:

Write complex PySpark applications that process, manipulate and validate large datasets, in high quality and under strict SLA.
Develop dockerized high-performance microservices.
Take a major part in designing and implementing complex high scale systems using a large variety of technologies.
