Job Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Intuit Israel, you will drive the sites digital communications initiatives with the local tech team to help build Intuits position as a top tech company and employer of choice. Were looking for a natural storyteller who will lead Intuit Israel's digital presence, manage the sites social media channels, generate creative content, and own our overall digital footprint. In addition, you will be assisting our overall communications efforts, contributing to integrated campaigns, and creating content that can be leveraged across channels.

Responsibilities
Initiate content creation and oversee all stages of development: planning, briefing, reviewing, publishing, and analyzing performance.
Partner with global corporate social media lead to implement social strategy and execution of Intuit Israel social channels, taking a platform-first approach to drive communication and business objectives.
Manage day-to-day work streams with internal stakeholders, including creative development and media deployment.
Connected storytelling by creating compelling and engaging content for social media channels, PR, events, and partnerships.
Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, potential campaign opportunities, effective communications strategies, and conduct competitors comparison.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal communications, employer brand and talent marketing, to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
Requirements: 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing and/or social media experience, preferably at a tech company.
Dual native English and Hebrew speaker.
A true creative storyteller, able to come up with fresh ideas that showcase our people and technology.
A proven track record in creating engaging digital content in all formats (videos, visuals, long-form text) across all digital channels, from Instagram to LinkedIn
A social media expert, tracking the latest trends, with a pulse on what makes content highly shareable.
Proven track record in implementing integrated strategic communications plans for large, complex, and global organizations.
Ability to self-start and manage projects, and make an impact while working in a global, highly matrixed organization.
Collaborative, influential, and capable of inspiring confidence and trust among stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
