As a Product Monetization Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our users. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Studio Managers, Game Designers, and Economists to optimize game performance and achieve our business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the coordination and execution of activities within our network of external mobile game developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and innovation in crafting innovative gameplay experiences, with a focus on the puzzle subgenre.
Manage the end-to-end game creation process, from concept to launch, including development, art, marketing, and game design, to create successful titles for Supersonic.
Collaborate closely with Supersonic's CI & Growth team to define product strategy and ensure effective game launches.
Take charge of project budgeting, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial management.
Continuously optimize the game creation process and improve game metrics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive projects forward in a cohesive manner.
Proven experience in the mobile gaming industry, particularly in hybrid-casual, casual, or midcore games.
Previous experience in roles such as game design, product management, or publishing management.
