As a UX Writer on the Customer Care team, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint. In your day-to-day, youll:
Write focused, user-friendly content that motivates and guides users, removes barriers and encourages engagement, in the Wix tone and voice
Develop an understanding of complex processes and concepts and translate them into simple, understandable language
Use various methods of research interviews, competitor research, usability testing and more to inform decisions and create better content
Collaborate effectively with the product team, as well as various stakeholders in Customer Care, while maintaining an open and professional mindset
Understand the broader context of our products and services, making sure your content connects with other features or flows to create a holistic experience
Initiate and take ownership of content-related projects and drive them forward independently with a can-do approach
This is a temporary 6-month contract role.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience working as UX writer, content designer or equivalent role
Excellent written and spoken English
Proven experience working in a highly dynamic environment and collaborating with a cross-functional team
Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
Curious and highly motivated problem solver who is excited by complexity
Independent self-starter, strong multitasker, and quick learner
