Key Responsibilities
Clear and Concise Documentation: Craft and refine technical communication, translating complex cloud concepts into clear and concise materials for various stakeholders.
Cloud Expertise: Leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to accurately document solution architectures, deployment procedures, and best practices.
Collaborative Communication: Drive effective communication processes with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clarity in project objectives and deliverables.
Project Management Support: Provide project management support by assisting in coordinating documentation tasks, timelines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and standards, contributing to the overall improvement of knowledge solutions.

As a technical writer, youll be responsible for writing API, CLI, and technical feature documentation for developers building on the Wix platformwhether theyre creating apps for the Wix app market, customizing Wix sites with code, or developing headless sites and apps.
In your day to day, youll:
Collaborate closely with Wix engineers while testing and documenting new dev features
Review API design, refine API naming, and write detailed API reference documentation
Write tutorials, procedures, and readmes, providing developers with end-to-end guides on how to build on Wix
Edit CLI and error messages, ensuring a consistent developer experience

As a UX Writer in the Wix Editor team, youll be working on a product that allows over 200 billion people to build and complete websites theyre proud of. Youll take an active part in crafting the user experience by creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint. In your day-to-day, youll:

Write clear, eye-level and creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice
Conduct extensive product and user research
Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers and other stakeholders across the company
Juggle multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines
This is a temporary 6-month contract role.

As a UX Writer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint.



Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice

Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy

Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders

Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience

Conduct extensive product and user research

Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)

Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines

As a UX Writer in the Cross Product team, youll be working on a suite of products that help users manage their business and their site visitors. In addition, youll be working on the latest AI agents that proactively take care of business tasks for users, like helping with marketing services and scheduling appointments. Youll take an active part in crafting the user experience by creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint. In your day-to-day, youll:

Write clear, eye-level and creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice

Conduct extensive product and user research

Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy
Collaborate with product managers, developers, UX designers and other stakeholders across the company
Juggle multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines
Help with prompt writing and prompt output validation
This is a temporary 6-month contract role.
