Responsible for designing and optimizing Wixs large-scale database infrastructure according to high availability, scalability, and performance principles
Identify new areas for cost-effective improvement in current databases
Explore new features, versions, and databases according to requirements
Work with developers and software architects in modeling, creating and maintaining data structures and Wixs data layer
Lead and execute technical DB-related POCs and benchmarks
Auditing database design regularly to maintain quality and SLA demands
Quickly identify and resolve critical and hard production issues
Provide on-call support when needed

We are looking for a talented senior Technical Program Manager to join the team and help us continue and grow our Marketplace business. Responsibilities
Manage the Marketplace data assets throughout their full life cycle: requirements to retirement.
Map business requirements to data architecture and create a prioritized plan of deliveries, based on existing and proposed data assets.
Partner with multiple engineering teams, within and outside of the Marketplace org., to design the data architecture across feature areas, while identifying risks and proposing technical and architectural mitigations.
Define dependencies and create relationships for implementing complex cross-functional. cross-team scenario features. Coordinating and ensuing alignment across organizations.
Track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and manage governance programs.

In this role, you will take part in CPU development, leading the CPU architecture and microarchitecture definitions. You will collaborate with software and hardware architects, design, verification, and physical implementation teams. You will influence the building of processor performance analysis infrastructure with modeling, emulation, and silicon measurement and drive power and performance optimizations for our specific customers workloads.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural definition of CPU core designs, facilitate and make final decisions.
Participate in and influence the building of processor performance analysis infrastructure.
Influence the development of architectural models with varying configurations across product categories.
Perform Performance, Power, Area (PPA) trade-off analysis for architecture and microarchitecture features, communicate analysis results in both qualitative and quantitative fashion to support decisions.
