As a UX Writer, you'll play a crucial role in crafting the user experience and creating clear and compelling copy that guides and engages our users at every touchpoint.



Write clear, creative UX content in the Wix tone and voice

Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to shipping perfect copy

Build upon and help maintain adherence to our style guide

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers and other stakeholders

Work with other writing groups including Marketing and Knowledge Base to ensure a consistent user experience

Conduct extensive product and user research

Coordinate localization efforts to ensure efficient and successful localization for our global audience (20 languages and counting)

Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities
Own the complete design process from design and concept level to pixel detailed execution and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage concurring priorities within the work stream.
Shape key parts of product strategy by driving the UX agenda and leading design discussions with cross-functional counterparts within our team and across consumer with a focus on our India market.
Define opportunities into high quality UI designs and associated documentation for features on mobile and desktop platforms.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering teams and facilitate user-centric workshops across cross-functional partners to include design thinking into the development process.

Own the functional and visual design of your product
Deliver extraordinary products by conducting a full design cycle, including research, ideation, validation, pixel-perfect UI design, delivery and post-launch testing
Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets, data, usability tests, user interviews, competitor analysis and more
Work in an agile and collaborative environment with your team of PMs, developers, analysts, other UX/UI designers and management stakeholders

As part of the Product Management team, youll redesign key user journeys, conduct research, analyze data, and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth execution. Your work will directly impact product adoption and customer satisfaction.

This is currently a temporary position for 6-8 months, that may be extended based on performance and needs.
