We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our GTM team! You will manage and implement various wide Salesforce projects, among them Marketing automation, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Communities.
What you'll be doing
Be in charge of the configuration in Salesforce including: flows, approval processes, permissions etc.
Writing requirements specifications for business needs (PRD and TDD)
Manage E2E projects including: Design, Implementation, QA, Deployment
Have been able to conduct meetings with multiple of stakeholders and understand the requirements.
Take part in training end-users and working with multiple parties in the organization
Requirements: What we're looking for
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in defining, analyzing, characterizing and improving cross-organizational business processes
Proven experience in implementing and customizing the Salesforce platform
Team player, good interpersonal relations, highly motivated, passionate for quality
Good English skills (Verbal and Written)
