We are looking for a Business Engineer to join our growing team in Tel Aviv!
Responsibilities:
Build new products and improve existing ones in collaboration with product engineering- teamsand cross functional partners to meet business needs
-Design and build end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies
-Guide workflow changes, and gain consensus from stakeholders while driving toward solutions
-Build and manage strong working relationships with technical counterparts
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback while quickly actioning feedback from code- reviews conducted of your code
-Influence decision-making through presentation of data -centric business topics
-Participate in interviewing and onboarding of new team members
-Willingness to travel 25% of the time, may vary per team/function
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum 3 years of experience in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JAVA, or JavaScript
Demonstrated experience in developing scalable and maintainable software, and designing complex- systems
-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with partners
-Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to mentor teams and guide projects
Experience with writing and shipping reliable, scalable, and efficient code, with an emphasis on long-term maintainability, in partnership with all appropriate reviewers, in manageable pieces with relevant documentation and TEST plans
-Experience with software design and architecture
-Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
-Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
