The IGS IT and Cloud Consultant works within ISG Managed Services team as a member of the Cloud and IT Services Team. The IGS IT and Cloud Consultant will serve as a technical leader, focusing on supporting the ISG Managed Services offerings. This will be a senior operational and customer facing position, providing thought leadership and technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, 365, on-prem server infrastructure, and endpoint protection agents.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with IGS management to grow and support the IGS Cloud and IT service offerings.
Collaborate with client operational leadership to address, develop, and support client security requirements.
Design, implement and manage secure Azure and 365 environments.
Design, implement and manage migrations into Azure and 365.
Work with IGS Security teams to ensure proper security policy adherence.
Collaborate with clients to plan and collaborate on Cloud Security Posture Management.
Assist, when necessary, supporting ITG IT and Cloud Engineers
Assist, when necessary, to triage production issues and environments.
Assist, when necessary, to triage security issues (incident response).
Take complete ownership for assigned tasks and provide timely updates on progress to project management and management team.

Work closely with dev teams on all SDLC levels, performing security design reviews, threat modeling, and penetration tests, while acting as a security mentor for developers
Perform code reviews to identify security flaws and vulnerabilities
Research the platform code and services used by our developers
Build creative tools and services to detect and solve cross-security issues
Develop and deliver security training CTFs for Wix developers

We are looking for a Security Awareness leader who will be responsible for delivering outcomes as part of our security awareness program. The overall goal of security awareness is to reduce human risk by ensuring that all workers know how to keep Intuit secure. In collaboration with other members of the CyberCRAFT team and cross-Intuit stakeholders, this position will develop and manage Security Awareness programs, including: planning and delivery of our awareness and education events, creation of content, marketing and promotion of security content and events, and building relationships across Intuit to influence change. The Security Awareness Program Manager will also be responsible for measurement of the effectiveness of the content and events.

Program Management

You will lead and drive program planning and execution in partnership with cross-functional groups to deliver security awareness outcomes to reduce our human risk factors.
Executes program tasks including issue and risk management, building multi-phase schedules, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.
