Responsibilities
Lead products used by Google Cloud's customers for modernization of their business critical applications including technical, program, and product aspects with significant direct technical contribution.
Manage a small team and work with other local and remote teams to develop those products.
Build outlook, roadmap, and planning for the domain and collaborate with different teams and roles to drive it.
Work closely with customers/partners all around the world to understand requirements and to support their usage of our products.

What You'll Do

You'll join the frontend design team at Cisco Silicon One, which is responsible for all chip design processes from definition/microarchitecture to product.
Our design engineers deal with all chip design aspects: Definition, Design, Verification, signoff, and validation up to production.
We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to build the largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.

Uncover User Needs & Drive Product Strategy: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior data, and translate insights into actionable product recommendations that drive growth and engagement
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics tools and user data to measure product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and A/B test new features to ensure maximum impact
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with product managers, engineers, and data team to ensure a seamless user experience and successful product launches

As a Hands-on Architect, youre a link between business solutions and software development, and you know how to combine enterprise architecture and its different viewpoints from business to information architecture to a functional solution. In the job of Hands-on Architect, you possess an understanding and experience in various coding methods and computer languages, and you know how to lead and guide software development. You will also code yourself. You can also effectively communicate your design, solution, or technical decisions to stakeholders. Describing solution architectures and solution ideation, design, and implementation are included in your core skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Hands-on Architect, you will:
Technically lead and mentor a team of talented Backend and Frontend developers
Architect and build a highly scalable highly-available SaaS system for diversified and complex data flows
Have end-to-end ownership: Design, build, ship, measure, and maintain our backend services
Collaborates with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Demonstrate technical cloud architectural knowledge
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against aggressive schedules
