Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagiras simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide.

Bagira is looking for a QA Specialist to join our QA team at Bagira.

The work is done in complex systems and involves close collaboration with the design, development and implementation teams.

Ensure the quality Bagiras software through the successful delivery in high quality of our products.

What will your job look like:

Software testing
Design TEST cases and TEST plans
Defect reporting
Participation in factory acceptance tests (FAT)
Take active part in site acceptance tests (SAT)

As an Integration Specialist, you will work on our highly scalable, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across the different units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure is set up for next-generation technology.
- Preparing new setups (wiring, hardware configurations, firmware, and OS installations etc.)
- Learning, investigating, testing, and implementing new equipment and firmware, into existing environments
- Building automation, installations, and continuous integration (Azure Pipelines)
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance (Tier 3)
- Working closely with our technical teams (architects, developers, PMs, and POs) to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, replicating customer environments and network problems as needed

Lead our IT infrastructure, providing hands-on support for servers, networks, and systems.

Develop and execute IT strategies that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Manage IT projects from conception to completion, fostering collaboration and learning among the team.

Implement robust cybersecurity strategies and protocols to safeguard against cyber threats.

Maintain Domain Controller (DC) and Active Directory (AD) systems.

Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response efforts.

Champion security awareness initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
