We are seeking a senior product manager on our team who would build the vision and roadmap to developing novel AI Security and Safety products, work in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including research teams, business security teams, Data Science teams, Product development teams and others. Experiencing in building and launching AI focused products, technical skills and experience with go-to-market in a fast paced business environment is a must. Customer Champion: Has deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights; is obsessed with solving customer problems.
Influencing Skills: Able to use data, metrics, and analysis to drive consensus; skilled in stakeholder management and communication at all levels of the organization; can effectively tailor communications to the appropriate audience to ensure broad alignment, awareness, and advocacy of the product.
Technical Complexity: Demonstrate profound understanding of platform components; Unblock engineering teams on cross-functional dependencies, supporting convergence towards future architecture and infrastructure, and building scalable solutions that extend across the company.

5+ years of product management experience in the cyber-security, data protection industries, ideally designing and building corporate AI security and safety related solutions.
3+ years of experience working in the ML/AI domain; track record of working with AI/ML/Data Science, Engineering, Risk and Legal teams to define, build, and maintain highly-scalable, mission-critical products.
Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset; passion for solving problems (large and small) that result in tangible, measurable results; experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, validate assumptions and measure success
Deep customer empathy and curiosity; deeply understands customer experience and pain points using usability studies, customer interactions, experiments, and aggregated feedback from internal customer facing teams to inform product decisions.
Proficient in defining well-thought out user stories, with thorough acceptancecriteria and use cases.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; articulate clearly and concisely the value of deliverables, trade-off justifications; collaborates with stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones.
Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve; capable of decomposing a big project into bite-size milestones, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of results.
BA/BS degree required in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree a plus.
