What you'll be doing

Collaborate closely with a seasoned Product team consisting of Product & Content Managers, as well as Product Designers
Engage in hands-on Product Management tasks, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and ideation to implementation, and ultimately, feature evolution or retirement
Work with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities, and drive towards impactful solutions and constant improvement
Actively monitor your product's performance in production, continuously questioning its trajectory and making data-driven decisions
Leverage your proficiency in Agile development methodology to demonstrate adaptability and efficiency, ensuring seamless project execution in fast-paced environments

What You'll Do

As part of the CNAPP Product team, you will own and drive product initiatives from the concept phase all the way to successful launch and user adoption. You will analyze competitors, seek opportunities for differentiation, partner with users to analyze difficulties and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to build and release impactful solutions.

Understand the industry trends and competitive landscape relating to the CNAPP market.
Define and lead feature specification and feature roadmap
Analyzing users' struggles that we seek to alleviate in the target market
Design compelling user journeys to drive customer adoption

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

The team mission is to drive better performance for advertisers by organizing and enhancing content for all products sold through Meta.

The Content Organization and Content Enhancement are primary areas of focus and expect investments to support new foundational Catalog capabilities (e.g. canonical representation and clustering) to unlock impact for catalog powered ads.

Content Organization:
How might we organize product content so that buyers can be better matched with the products they are interested in?
Semantic, behavioral, and intrinsic product relationships by mapping product content to the taxonomy and the buyer's mental model of purchasing based on context of use and merchandised events.

Content Enhancement: How might we enhance product content so that buyers have excitement and conviction to make a purchase?
Identification and prioritization of performant content in catalog powered ads (eg. creative tone, title, media aspect ratio and type, lifestyle).
Product Manager - Catalog Intelligence Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
Drive the team through vision setting, strategy, and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints

Software Engineer, Product Responsibilities
Full stack web/mobile application development with a variety of coding languages
Create consumer products and features using internal programming language Hack
Implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Work closely with our PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React & React Native
Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services
Build report interfaces and data feeds
Complete large features (each with many tasks) and responsible of areas in the system independently without guidance
