As a Systems Development Engineer at Google, you'll own and support the needs of Google's internal systems and related infrastructure. Responsibilities
Develop and support a broad set of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Cloud's technical stack and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical leadership and contribution to EDA Cloud systems and workflows.
Develop and drive automated solutions.
Work collaboratively and implement solutions with partner teams.

Responsibilities
Manage customer problem through effective diagnosis, resolution, or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on Google Cloud Platform products, specifically Networking on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve Google Cloud.
Work as part of a team of engineers/consultants that globally ensure 24 hour customer support. Work non-standard work hours or shifts.
Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams, to find ways to improve the product, and drive high-quality production.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Google's product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting and reproducing.

What you'll be doing

Become proficient in all supported products and maintain an in-depth understanding, taking ownership of issues raised by developers and internal teams
Perform thorough quality assurance testing on SDK related features, ensuring alignment with both business requirements and technical specifications, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a polished and seamless gaming experience
Lead the integration life cycle with partners from definition to deployment, serving as the primary POC between partners and Supersonics teams, especially R&D and the Business teams
Conduct research, resolve issues, and offer technical solutions utilizing various diagnostic and analysis tools
