We are seeking a highly skilled Technical and Application Support Engineer to join our team, focusing on customer support across EMEAI, with an emphasis on Israel.
You will solve complex technical challenges, contribute to a global knowledge base, and act as the technical liaison between customers and our worldwide support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide post-sales Technical Support and solutions to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and develop Expertise in component testing and wireless technologies.
Author technical articles and share knowledge within the team.
Anticipate and address current and future customer requirements.
Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4-5 years of experience with VNA, impedance, and DC device parameter analysis.
Proficiency in calibration techniques (SOLT, TRL) and testing passive/active components.
Strong knowledge of RF /microwave fundamentals, modern VNA and signal analyzer measurements.
Programming experience with SCPI, Python, MATLAB, or similar tools an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English (local language proficiency is essential).
Driving license is required.
