Youll have the opportunity to lead distributed teams, manage full project lifecycles, and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Requirements: Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience managing agile teams and complex projects.
Strong technical background ( Full-Stack or Back-End).
Fluent Hebrew (mandatory) and excellent English.
Strong communication, planning, and mentoring skills.
