JAVA development experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience
Management experience: At least 2 years leading development teams
Strong Spring framework expertise: Deep understanding of Spring-based solutions
Cloud architecture knowledge: Proven experience designing and building cloud-based solutions
English proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (advantageous)
Ability to work on-site at least 4 days a week during the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model (2+ days a week in the office)
