As a Frontend Engineer Team Lead in the OS platform, youll be part of creating a platform that allows developers at Wix to build fast, reliable, and consistent back-office pages and deliver a seamless experience to users. In your day-to-day, you will:

As a Tech Support Engineer, you'll be on the front lines, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting complex issues for our users. Provide timely, high-quality support to users: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues with clear, empathetic communication.

Reproduce, diagnose, and document technical problems end-to-end, including precise repro steps, logs, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behavior.

We do hardcore backend engineering and specialize in Bazel, its tooling, and integrations.
We also work closely with the developers at Wix to improve their day-to-day experience and eliminate velocity killers, from their IDE to GA.

As a Backend Engineer, youll join a growing global team at Wix, shaping the future of eCommerce. Youll develop and maintain the core selling and order management capabilities for all Wix verticals.
Working in a highly distributed, cutting-edge environment, youll play a central role in building scalable, resilient systems that handle millions of requests per minute. In your day-to-day, you will:

Build and maintain backend systems to process 1.5 million API requests and 400,000 events per minute
Design, implement, and optimize scalable and resilient systems with an API-first approach
