    We are looking for a team leader to join our Customer Experience team overseeing Market Research and Surveys efforts. You have a passion for strategic survey design, data collection and analysis to help drive business decisions. In this position you will use your expertise in market research to uncover key insights about customer satisfaction, identify product opportunities, understand employee work habits, learn how Partners perceive Check Point, and more. You will manage two Market Research Analysts and help prioritize projects, guide survey methodology, help with analyses and run your own survey projects.

    Key Responsibilities
    Oversee efforts of two Market Research Analysts including prioritizing work, helping with survey design and analyses, removing barriers to progress
    Involvement in all stages of the survey project process
    Manage survey request intake to prioritize timing and resources
    Derive insights from data collection, which will inform new initiatives, new features, and new ways to delight our customers
    Develop recommendations for research approaches to help business partners from all parts of the organization address and answer key questions related to business needs
    Collaborate with research agencies to conduct quantitative and qualitative brand and market research
    Leverage research findings for thought leadership
    Extract and communicate trends and insights in a clear way to stakeholders, including senior management
    Set and adhere to standards for how market research at Check Point is conducted, measured, and reported so there is consistency in how we look at data as a company
    Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders within the company who want to use survey data to uncover insights
    Follow relevant feeds, blogs, forums, etc. to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree, preferably in social science or related degrees
    3-5 years of experience conducting market research and surveys
    Experience working with or for large B2B companies, preferably with a global presence
    Experience with a wide range of primary research approaches and techniques, including both qualitative and quantitative methods
    Experience translating research findings into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, product enhancements, customer success and employee satisfaction
    Outstanding presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior management
    Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
    Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
    Critical thinker with a resourceful approach to problem-solving and experience managing clients and/or multiple stakeholders
    Can-do attitude, creative, proactive and innovative
    Fluent in English

    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the SaaS security solution.
    Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
    Define and prioritize product features with engineering teams.
    Ensure intuitive and user-friendly product design with the UX/UI team.
    Drive product development from concept to launch.
    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the marketing team.

    Requirements:
