As a Senior Data Scientist on our Customer Care team, youll focus on improving our customer care user experience using AI-based technology. You'll develop state-of-the-art LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems. In your day-to-day, you will:

Develop and enhance LLM-based chatbot solutions and knowledge management systems

Apply and fine-tune generative AI models to improve user experience and customer care efficiency

Develop models for specific use cases like intent classification, ambiguity detection, retrieval re-ranking, etc

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing frameworks

Mentor team members in AI techniques and best practices

Were looking for a team leader to manage 2 data teams: our AI Analysts team and our Data Labeling team. The AI Analysts team manages end-to-end data processes for training and evaluating AI models. The Data Labeling team specializes in creating high-quality manual labels. In your day-to-day, you will:



Lead and oversee a team of 4 AI analysts while also managing the team lead who directs a separate team of 6 labeling experts

Drive professional development through mentorship while implementing structured processes to optimize productivity and workflow efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data strategy with broader business objectives and AI initiatives

Establish quality standards and evaluation frameworks for data curation and model validation processes

Balance resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data assets

Take a significant role exploring innovative approaches to data curation and evaluation methodologies that advance our AI capabilities

Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies

Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth

Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities

Collaborate with teams across Marketing and Wix to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals

Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization

Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making
