Requirements: -8+ years of software development experience
-Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
-Experience with Node.js in production (minimum 4 years)
-Hands-on experience with Microservices, MongoDB and/or Postgres
-Experience working with React Native (2+ years) strong advantage
-Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud environments, Kubernetes)
-Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
-Ability to take ownership and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Nice to Have:
-Experience with AWS
-Previous experience mentoring or leading developers
-Experience with mobile ecosystems ( Android / IOS native)
