We are seeking a Group Manager to lead our Mobile Security product line, responsible for both client-side (Android & iOS) and server-side (AWS) overall. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 35 engineers, spanning multiple disciplines, and drive the development of a high-scale, mission-critical security platform used by numerous customers worldwide, providing the best security for their mobile devices.
As a key leader in our organization, you will help shape the products strategy, ensure technical excellence, and foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture. This role requires a unique combination of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to scale teams and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Products and technologies ownership in the field of Cyber Security development through product life cycle, architecture and product definition.
Managing a group of several teams of software developers
Working with Customers, Sales and Support to assure the product success
Drive innovation and product excellence

Requirements: People management; 2+ years as R&D group manager/leader (2nd line manager or above, 10+ employees)
Experience in mobile development (Android and/or iOS)
Innovative thinking; Dynamic and agile
Low level/internal knowledge advantage
Experienced in designing and developing security products Advantage
Fluent spoken and written English
High technical and analytical capabilities
