In this position, you will use your expertise in data analysis, project management, and data systems (such as SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, and Power BI) to drive the success of data projects across their full lifecycle and improve the companys data quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that support business objectives and enhance our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Initiate, design, build, and implement new processes/features to support the companys sales and data quality.
Lead projects and manage them throughout their entire lifecycle.
Review and analyze ongoing processes and provide ongoing reporting to identify trends, issues, and improvement levers.
Conduct Massive data cleanup, update and upload to SAP and SFDC

This individual will play a key role in shaping how Salesforce supports the company's business objectives. This role is responsible for analysing the existing Salesforce implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to drive efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform capabilities, technical expertise in complex system design, and a strategic mindset to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be highly business-oriented, proactive in introducing new Salesforce capabilities.

Business Process Optimization & Innovation

Introduce best practices and innovative ways to leverage Salesforce to support business growth
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to design and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
Analyze the current Salesforce setup and identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes.
Maximizing Salesforce Capabilities

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and proactively introduce new features to relevant teams.
Develop a structured approach to ensure all users are aware of and effectively utilizing Salesforces latest functionalities.
Conduct training, workshops, and documentation to drive platform adoption and best practices
Platform Strategy

Define a long-term vision for Salesforce within the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Standardize processes and usage across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency
Technical Design & Solution Architecture

Design scalable, flexible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for platform development.
Optimize system performance, automation, and data model structures to support business growth.
Oversee technical documentation, including entity-relationship diagrams (ERD), process flows, and integration designs
