-Manage recruitment processes for a variety of positions in R D, Product Management, and Business Operations and more.
-Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates.
-Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
-Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
-Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills and experience fit.
-Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
-Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
