Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features end-to-end, from user endpoints on various platforms to cloud services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across different environments.
Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve our products.
Contribute to code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.

Analyze customer and market signals to identify customers unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of multiple feature areas.
Collaborate with others to identify the potential customer segments and investment opportunities. Evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritizes investments in consultation with cross-functional partner.
Drive product areas end-to-end within Microsoft Defender for Cloud, including building vision and strategy, define roadmap, help define business model and marketing messages and drive execution for successful results.
Work closely and build trust with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Define features and own their backlog, works with Software Engineering (SWE) and design teams to align on tradeoffs, and partners with Product Marketing on the disclosure of the roadmap and outbound communication.
Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.
Guide and mentor other team members.

Customer-Centric Innovation: Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to uncover unmet or emerging needs. Backlog Ownership & Feature Definition: Define and prioritize features with a clear understanding of customer value, technical feasibility, and ROI. Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Agile Execution & Delivery: Partner closely with engineering leads to ensure focused execution, identify quick wins, and respond rapidly to evolving customer needs and security threats.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across Microsoft product teams and external partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end experiences. Identify synergies and lead joint initiatives that amplify product value.
