Requirements:
BSc/BA degree in management or a relevant field Mandatory
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager with previous experience from development and manufacturing companies.
3+ years of experience in team management role.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving project issues.
Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods
MS Project and Priority - advantage. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability
English - fluent. The position requires talking and writing in English.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent field.
5+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation)- must.
Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Katalon with AI, etc.)- must.
Proven experience with QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TFS, Selenium, Python, or similar).
Experience in developing or maintaining TEST automation frameworks and CI/CD integration- advantage.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret AI-generated reports and logs.
Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and TEST data management advantage.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret AI-generated reports and logs.
Experience in multidisciplinary environments (SW/HW/Cloud/IoT)- advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
