Were looking for a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to lead and execute the full CRM lifecycle for our casino brands, from strategy and planning to campaign execution, automation, and performance tracking. Youll be responsible for creating engaging, data -driven experiences that drive player activity, increase retention, and boost revenue.
This isnt just a managerial position - youll be actively involved in campaign building, segmentation, A/B testing, and working closely with internal stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute CRM strategy across multiple brands.
Create segmented, personalized campaigns via email, push, SMS, and onsite.

Requirements: Must Have
Proven experience in iGaming / online casino within CRM, retention, or lifecycle roles.
Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign creation and management.
Strong understanding of casino players, bonuses, and churn prevention.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Ability to manage both planning and execution.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.
Advantages
