We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Algorithms team lead (Planning) to head our Planning Algorithms group. This role combines algorithm development, product leadership, and team management, driving the future of our core planning technologies.
Requirements: Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in algorithm development and implementation.
Strong expertise in 3D computer graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, computer vision, and deep learning.
Proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python in a Windows environment.
Solid software design skills and strong system -level thinking.
Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
