As an Integration Specialist, you will work on our highly scalable, multi-disciplinary complex systems, collaborating with professionals across the different units of Bagira, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure is set up for next-generation technology.
- Preparing new setups (wiring, hardware configurations, firmware, and OS installations etc.)
- Learning, investigating, testing, and implementing new equipment and firmware, into existing environments
- Building automation, installations, and continuous integration (Azure Pipelines)
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance (Tier 3)
- Working closely with our technical teams (architects, developers, PMs, and POs) to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, replicating customer environments and network problems as needed
Requirements: You previously worked as Integration/ Application Engineer, IT system administrator, Professional Services OR recent graduate in Computer Science /Information Systems/equivalent
Graduate of a DevOps Engineer course - An advantage
Knowledge and understanding of operating systems (Windows A must, Linux - Advantage)
High technical troubleshooting and debugging skills
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
You are familiar with SQL basic queries
Knowledge and understanding of networks topology - An advantage
Ability to write technical and procedures documentation - An advantage
Familiarity with virtualization technologies ( VMware, Hyper-V) - An advantage
