Requirements: - Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- 3+years of experience in C ++ programing in Embedded systems and technology-driven industries.
- 3+ years of experience in R D team.
- Deep expertise in power electronics, motion control systems, and Embedded software development, with a strong understanding of hardware/software co-design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical innovations into market-leading products and solutions.
