Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, education, product adoption, expansion, and renewals.
Serve as the primary liaison for ERM's clientele across South EMEA, ensuring optimal satisfaction and value realization.
Champion customers' interests within ERM, influencing product direction and enhancements.
Lead customer engagement initiatives, emphasizing the value proposition of ERM's offerings.
Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, from initial onboarding through their journey, fostering business growth.
Spearhead internal process enhancements tailored to customer requirements.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will work with various game team departments: Product, Production, and Development, to facilitate the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, content releases, and features in the live game environment, using administrative tools and data editing while working off of plans provided to you by the game team. You will work closely with QA to facilitate the flow of different elements through our development environments. As a Configuration Manager at SciPlay, you must be detail oriented and flexible with working hours as events occur throughout the day.

As part of this role, you will also manage the Games portfolio of social media and push notifications with the purpose of generating player engagement with our game and maintaining the brand.

You'll be joining our Physical Design team within Cisco Silicon One, which is responsible for the entire backend methodology and flow development from RTL to GDS. This is a critical part of the group leading the development of high-quality VLSI designs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Full Hands-On Manual QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms. This role will involve collaborating closely with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks while maintaining a stable live game environment.
Key Responsibility:
Perform thorough manual testing of mobile and web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Configurations teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
Configure and test assets-based campaigns, game features, economy, and segmentation tasks.
Work closely with NoSQL and SQL structured databases for testing purposes.
Monitor and maintain the stability of the live game environment, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Perform routine testing tasks as required, including regression testing and bug verification.
Have a keen eye for detail, conducting UI and configuration tests to ensure consistency and accuracy.
