Lead analysis across the Base44 user journey, including how people discover Base44, what they create, whether apps get to real usage and value, and how it affects the business
Own the data lifecycle from clarifying the question to data quality and the final story; Challenge the why and how, ai and drive solutions
Set up the analytical backbone of this fast growing product by defining the business questions, establishing a coherent measurement map and reporting logic everyone can use
Identify patterns and anomalies across users, markets, and time, and translate findings into clear business implications
Enable decisions at speed by building trustworthy reporting that supports day-to-day prioritization and leadership readouts
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a data/business analyst (preferably for an tech company)
Ability to connect data to business objectives, and transform complex data into a coherent story that drives business outcomes
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and a track record of delivering precise, data-backed insights
Deep understanding of user funnels, monetization strategies, and focus on onboarding, adoption, and retention
Strong proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation and analysis tools
Expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and communication to present insights clearly and impactfully
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet business needs
Curious and proactive, with the ambition to learn and grow as the product scales
