Your Impact

As a Program Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage cross-functional infrastructure projects within a matrix organization, covering various functional areas such as Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and vendors.
Drive and manage ASIC development and subsystems from concept through to production in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Provide hands-on program management throughout the full development cycle of silicon and firmware, including concept, design, development, fabrication, validation, and production release.
Work closely with the software, hardware, and architecture teams to align with product requirements and ensure all constraints are met.
Lead process improvements across multiple teams and functions to drive better collaboration and efficiency.
Independently manage complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Deliver high-quality ASIC solutions and systems products while collaborating with product management and architecture teams.

You'll be joining Cisco Silicon One Israeli team which is the core center of Ciscos SW and ASIC design. You'll be part of the group driving our groundbreaking next-generation network devices - Cisco Silicon One. Our unique team works in a startup atmosphere inside a stable and leading corporate and develops the full software stack enabling the Silicon One ASICs.

Your Impact

You'll develop Core Software technologies at the heart of tomorrow's leading infrastructure solutions, tackling the entire range of challenges from user-facing API-s, through high-level algorithms, all the way down to firmware.

Youll be joining the post silicon validation team in PHY system group at Cisco Silicon One group as part of the silicon development at Cisco.

Our team deals with PHY and system aspects of the SerDes communication IP: PHY FW, calibrations, system definitions and operations and post-silicon validation including developing the automation infrastructure and tools.

We use latest silicon technologies and processes to build the largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.

What You Will Do
As a Software Engineer in the Traffic Insights team, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java and agent-side code in Go to enhance network visibility, prediction and troubleshooting capabilities.
Work on the design and implementation of sophisticated features, including high-performance message handling, memory optimization, and database efficiency.
Develop scalable and efficient software solutions to support Traffic Insights, a rapidly growing product in ThousandEyes, helping customers with capacity planning, problem prediction, and network assurance.
Optimize system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency in handling large-scale network data.

As a Lab Engineer, youll play a key role in building and maintaining the environments that power our engineering success.

Your Impact
Assemble, configure, and dismantle lab setups consisting of communication hardware from simple boards to complex systems

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, setup, and maintenance of lab equipment

Plan and support lab requirements for new projects including estimating board quantities, selecting appropriate gear, and designing connectivity schemes

Prepare and maintain work environments for engineering teams, ensuring operational readiness

Oversee lab logistics work with procurement and manage equipment inventory and stock planning

Coordinate installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across the lab infrastructure

Work cross-functionally with engineers and operations teams to ensure the lab supports evolving project needs
