We are seeking an experienced and hands-on backend Developer team leader with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of AWS infrastructure to construct and expand our platform's essential infrastructure.
Youll be responsible for designing, managing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in PHP backend development - a must
Experience or knowlage in Go - an advantage
Advanced knowledge of AWS-based system architecture - a must
Experience in management, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mentorship
Experience designing and scaling backend systems in a production environment
Strong understanding of system design, API architecture, and database management
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
