    Job Description

    We are looking for a SAP Specialist that will partner with our business users in the deployment of SAP Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to support the business through enhancing the SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Materials Management (MM) footprint.

    What your job will look like?

    Design, customize, configure and test of SAP PP and MM ; document functional designs, test cases and results.
    Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
    Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map requirements, processes, and objectives
    Identify potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identify level of efforts required to efficiently implement changes to business processes and user activities
    What do you need to succeed?

    Deep experience in SAP solutions covering Production Planning/ Materials Management/ Warehouse Management - must
    Ability to handle business requirements and provide solutions
    Document functional designs, test cases and results
    Hands on experience in SAP configuration
    Good communication and writing skills in English
    Desire to learn new SAP technologies and other Supply Chain applications
    Requirements:
    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/ Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering and Management or related fields
    At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP environment as part of implementation or support team.
    Experience in configuring SAP PP, MM and WM modules
    Knowledge of SAP EWM SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, and SAP Ariba Sourcing advantage

    What will you be doing?

    Lead technical development of a sophisticated metrology system using a cross-disciplinary team of engineers Own the entire system error budgets against the required specs and provide a technical roadmap for future advanced technology based on the system error budget Partition large systems into subsystems, modules, and components, each clearly defined and straightforward to implement Perform detailed and efficient root cause analysis to problems arise during development and field-escalations Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product, including system level testing.     Take part as key teammate in development of optical system for next generation products.

    Senior Optical Engineers are core to KLAs technology, while we do not currently have an opening, we are always building our Optical Engineering talent community, we are interested in learning about your background.

    The general responsibilities include to create designs, develop build and testing methods for the many optical subsystems that make up the inspection tool. Specific deliverables include optical system design, optical alignment methodology, and analysis of various optical modules. This person will also lead the design of a custom metrology system to verify and adjust the optical performance of our primary optical system. The candidate will interact closely with the systems engineering group to define performance criteria and system level specification. During the design phase the candidate will work with hardware and software design teams following a rigorous product design protocol. Specific tasks include creating optical models, statistical tolerance analysis, performance predictions, leading design reviews, creating test procedures, and selecting suppliers.

    Responsibilities

    Investigate different design options and finding the best option through evaluating tolerances, manufacturability, light budgets and other trade-offs in imaging and illumination system.
    Deliver a complete optical system design by performing thorough tolerancing analysis with full consideration of alignment process, metrology, system calibrations and opto-mechanical design limitations.
    Translate system or subsystem requirements into optical design and optical manufacturing requirements.
    Deliver opto-mechanical design requirements such DOF table.
    Design and implement optical alignment and metrology process, test/tooling fixtures to achieve targeted optical performance.
    Follows complete design process throughout full product development cycle. It includes design reviews, part procurement from vendors, verification, integration and product release.
    Debug, and trouble-shooting of any optical problems that arise with the system
    Designing and building off-axis mirror system in high precision.
    Deliver coating modeling in optical software and optical requirements to complete coating requirements.
    Conduct optical analysis to deliver information needed to complete light budget.
    Requirements:
    The preferred candidate will have experience and capability in the following areas:

    Excellent optical system design such as high precision lens/mirror design, illumination design, preferably in semiconductor tools
    High proficiency in optical design software such as CodeV or Zemax or LightTools
    Able to conduct statistical optical component and system tolerancing
    Able to create specifications of precision opto-mechanical assemblies
    Understand optics manufacturability and reflect it in optical design
    Strong understanding in optical metrology tool and data
