Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows that support a wide range of internal services, including IT operations, facilities, and HR.
You will play a key role in enhancing our automation capabilities and ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB).
Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support platform upgrades and perform testing in QA environments.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., Nuvolo, Systrack, Bomgar).
Contribute to roadmap planning and implementation of new features like Virtual Agent and Next UI Experience.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance standards.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and scripting (JavaScript).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API development.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Advantage
Experience with Nuvolo, HRSD, or Security Incident Response modules.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics and CMDB best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and UAT processes.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
