As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you are the primary consumption lead and a partner for our more strategic customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms. Key Accountabilities include:

Customer Relationship Management
Expands and holds accountability for executive customer and partner relationships with a focus on leading the definition of business outcomes across large stakeholder groups and coaching teams to align Microsoft strategy to Microsoft's most strategic customers and their business priorities.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

Act as a founding engineer in multiple incubation projects, driving business-critical initiatives that will define the future of Microsoft Security.
Rapidly ramp up and experiment with new technologies and domains, building on the latest AI services in Azure, applying strong technical judgment to de-risk ideas and validate opportunities.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements, KPIs, priorities, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with engineering peers, security researchers, product managers, and partners across Microsoft to accelerate innovation.
Influence technical direction, provide mentorship, and contribute to shaping Microsofts cloud and enterprise security innovation roadmap.

Responsibilities
Research and develop detection methods for new and advanced attack techniques -from exploits to implants. Build end-to-end PoCs, from offensive testing to scalable detection, across all our cloud and identity platforms. Stay up to date on the latest attack trends and build strong detections across the kill chaincovering agentic AI & LLM threats, cloud and identity-based attacks. Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams to design the next iteration of security products, implement detection ideas and validate their effectiveness using a data-driven approach. Collaborate with data science teams to drive ML based protections, understand, and identify detection gaps, capabilities, assumptions, and improvements.
