Were looking for a data Scientist to join our Real-Time Advertising team and contribute to building an advanced AI/ML-driven platform that drives smart user growth and delivers tailored, results-focused marketing solutions for top app companies worldwide
Youll design and optimize Machine Learning solutions that power programmatic advertising at a truly global scale. This means working with billions of daily requests, millisecond-level decisioning, and some of the most challenging problems in applied Machine Learning today.
Requirements: - MSc in Computer Science, data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying Machine Learning models in production, ideally in large-scale data environments.
- Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, probability, statistics, and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference).
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end data science projects: from problem framing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with AdTech systems (e.g., RTB, attribution, campaign optimization, fraud detection) is a strong plus.
- Experience with model monitoring in production.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
