What Youll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Define strategic vision, architecture principles, and best practices for delivering scalable and secure AI, cloud, and data solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and ation of client projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Drive innovation across modern platforms, including AI, cloud-native engineering, security, and zero-trust architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading strategic discussions and translating business challenges into technical solutions.
Partner with internal PwC teams to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced JAVA team leader to manage a small team of developers
This position combines hands-on development with leadership, agile delivery, and close collaboration with business stakeholders

What Youll Do
Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 developers-
Drive agile processes and serve as Scrum Master-
Assign tasks, track execution, and ensure timely delivery-
Work with business teams to support banking and enterprise solutions-
Troubleshoot and balance workloads effectively-

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade data lake architecture-
Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring high availability and reliability-
Develop and enforce data governance policies and security practices-
Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders on data integration and analytics initiatives-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ingestion, Storage, and processing-
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices-
Stay up to date with trends and innovations in data management and analytics-
