We are seeking a hands-on Algorithms team lead who will initially join as a Senior Algorithm engineer and gradually grow into a leadership role managing a small team (up to 2 engineers).
This role combines deep algorithmic development, ownership of core R D deliverables, and emerging technical leadership, with a strong influence on the companys core technology roadmap.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced algorithms
Drive innovation in 3D vision, robotics, and multi-view geometry
Own core algorithmic R D as a hands-on contributor
Gradually build and lead a small algorithms team
Translate product requirements into robust algorithmic solutions
Collaborate with product, software, and system teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in algorithm development and implementation
Strong background in computer vision, 3D graphics, robotics, multi-view geometry, and deep learning
High proficiency in C #, MATLAB, and Python (Windows environment)
Strong software design and system -level thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
