What youll be doing?
-Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity, Servers issues (VM and cloud), email clients, Anti-Virus, various operating systems.
-Manage users and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD, G-suite, Terminal Services, and addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
-Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, meeting rooms and other IT equipment.
-Writing scripts to optimize the automations in the org
-Monitor and resolve customer incidents, ensuring accurate classification and timely updates. Adhere to customer SLAs for swift service restoration.
-Expertly troubleshoot software applications and operating system issues for seamless IT operation.
-Look for trends occurring in the environment, gather evidence and facts to raise these to the attention of the team, so the problem can be identified and resolved and future recurring issues can be avoided and Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
-Create procedures, create new documentation for both technical and end-user roles.
-Pertinent experience working with global teams
-Stay current with the ongoing expansion and development of the company - be aware of system information, changes and updates
-Provide troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve issues while maximizing customer satisfaction.
-Provide comprehensive support to our entire organization, both locally and remotely.
-Collaborate with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions as needed.
-Monitoring the company resources
-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements in IT systems.

R D  Infrastructure Engineer

Location - Raanana

:Duties and Responsibilities
.Serve as part of  IT support for internal and external stakeholders, including escalation management
.Support and deliver IT infrastructure that supports 300 R D team members
.Maintain all aspects of the local datacenter including hardware, software, networking, Storage, etc.
.Part of local Help desk
.Evaluate new technologies relevant for the IT infrastructure implementation and strive for continuous improvement of services offered internally to further increase productivity
.Work with vendors and 3rd party suppliers
.Support various audits, including security-related audits

As a Help desk team lead you will work closely with the IT and Security managers within the infrastructure group to ensure best available services and Technical Support company wide.

Planning and execution according to the company roadmap

Main Responsibilities
Supervise, train and evaluate technical and support R D IT Lab team - determines work assignments.
Work with lab team tools for incident management, priorities, follow up and management reports.
Management of Lab space inventory includes tracking, occupancy and forecast real estate future needs.
R D Virtual environment management based on VMware cluster, determine Users guidelines and resources expansion.
Fully responsible for review, management and approval of all lab expenses.
Labs IT appliances and infrastructure Technical assistance and problems solving.
