"An innovative medical device company headquartered in Cyprus is searching for an Operations Manager to join their new established site in Israel.
The company is focused on importing, distributing, and selling cutting-edge equipment to both public and private stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Promote and grow the key product range with relevant customers with a clinical need for the product, with a specific focus on plastic surgeons.
Generate sales and monthly sales targets.
Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with potential customers.
Monitor customer accounts within the defined territory to ensure that the sales potential is fully achieved.
Provide training on new/existing products to new and existing customers.
Build long-term trusting relationships with key decision makers.
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, especially in medical devices or healthcare will be considered a plus.
Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and the needs of healthcare providers is beneficial.
Ability to clearly convey product benefits, technical information, and close deals with healthcare professionals.
Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions to meet their needs.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
A valid drivers license.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
