We are hiring a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our mission and shape the infrastructure to reinvent
how trust is built between companies.
Youll design and build robust, scalable services that power both our cutting-edge LLM
capabilities and core B2B workflows.
What Youll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that are fast, scalable, and production-ready.
Build infrastructure and APIs that support our AI-driven features as well as broader B2B product functionality.
Take full ownership of backend featuresfrom understanding the product goal to ensuring they work reliably in production.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI researchers, and frontend engineers to align on goals and execution.
Ensure strong system reliability, security, and performance.
Requirements: 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
Proficient in Python ; Go experience is a plus.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore).
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus) and CI/CD workflows
Strong system design skills and ability to reason about trade-offs.
Experience leading technical design is a big plus.
Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
Experience building AI systems (agents, chatbots) - advantage
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
