We seek a highly skilled Front-End team leader with excellent expertise in React and a deep passion for high-quality code, testing, and software craftsmanship. In this role, you will lead a talented team of Front-End engineers working shaping the core of our User Experience. You will play a critical role in architecting scalable Front-End solutions, ensuring best practices in testing and code quality, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Front-End engineers, ensuring professional growth and technical excellence.
Architect, develop and optimize React -based Front-End solutions for our core product and create a powerful website-building experience.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, e2e), and performance optimization.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Front-End team leader in a fast-paced, product-driven environment- a must.
Expert-level proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem ( React Hooks, Redux, Context API,etc.).
Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern Front-End frameworks.
Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
Strong experience in performance optimization, accessibility, and best Front-End practices.
Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
Solid understanding of build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, GitHub Actions, etc.).
