    In this role, you will lead the development, launch, and global scale-up of Check Points SMB program, built on the Quantum Spark platform. Your focus: create a partner-first motion that drives business at scale through distribution, MSPs, DMRs, and e-commerce channels.

    You will define the vision, shape the go-to-market model, and lead day-to-day execution across regions and teams. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, operations, and market impact.

    Key Responsibilities
    Own the global SMB growth strategy across key regions and partner types

    Build and scale a partner-led SMB program via distis, MSPs, and e-commerce

    Design business-ready bundles with clear pricing, positioning, and ROI impact

    Develop localized GTM playbooks and activation plans for distributors and partners

    Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement with FastStart kits and tools

    Align cross-functional teams product, sales, ops, marketing for smooth execution

    Streamline operational flows: provisioning, licensing, fulfillment, and User Center access

    Launch campaigns and promotions to accelerate adoption, usage, and revenue growth Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
    Requirements:
    7+ years of experience in GTM, business development, or program leadership roles
    Proven success in launching and scaling global partner or SMB programs
    Strong understanding of channel ecosystems MSPs, distributors, DMRs, marketplaces
    Experience creating commercial bundles, sales plays, and partner-facing materials
    Ability to lead cross-functional execution across product, ops, sales, and marketing
    Excellent communication and storytelling skills from strategy decks to partner briefings
    Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and planning capabilities
    Experience working with international teams and managing regionally distributed initiatives
