We are looking for a hands-on Software Embedded team leader to lead and mentor a dynamic team of Embedded software engineers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing day-to-day activities while staying deeply involved in the code, and has strong technical expertise in BLE communication, Embedded systems, and cross-platform GUI development using Qt.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily activities of a team of Embedded software engineers.
Be an active contributor in system architecture, code reviews, debugging, and feature implementation.
Drive the development of advanced BLE communication protocols and applications.
Oversee and support Embedded software development on ARM-based platforms (RTOS or bare-metal).
Manage and participate in the development of desktop applications (primarily using Qt).

We are looking for a UI Platform team lead to join our Network Orchestration group. Our group is responsible for developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems that support complex network infrastructures.
As a team leader, you will drive the architecture, design, and development of core UI infrastructures and component libraries that support multiple development teams. You will lead a team of 4+ frontend engineers, define best practices, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the UI architecture. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision.

As BSP / Embedded team leader, you will lead a team of talented Embedded software engineers responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of Board Support Packages for our custom hardware platforms. You will work closely with hardware, Kernel, and system software teams to ensure robust and efficient low-level software integration.

Responsibilities
Lead the BSP / Embedded development team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance.
Design, develop, and maintain BSP components including bootloaders, device drivers, and board initialization code.
Collaborate with hardware teams to bring up new boards and support silicon validation.
Ensure seamless integration of BSP with Linux (or other OS) kernels and Embedded software stacks.
Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality benchmarks.
